The uniqueness comes from new American charred oak barrels. The mash bill consists of 80 % corn, 12 % barley and 8 % rye.

Maturation in new American oak barrels imparts a sweet, vanilla-infused flavor. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Travelers Sweet & Oaky will also stand out in all kinds of cocktails.

Making whiskey requires quality water, which is why, when Jack Daniels established the distillery, it purchased the Cave Spring Hollow water source – a cave and its surroundings that are a rare natural source of crystal-clear spring water. The cave’s limestone layers naturally provide the water with various minerals that contribute to its unique character.
